At Nexurate Technologies, we provide digital products, cloud-based AI solutions, marketing services, and automation systems.
Since we do not ship physical goods, this policy outlines how our digital deliverables, access credentials, and service outputs are delivered to clients.


1. No Physical Shipping

Nexurate Technologies does not ship physical items.
All services, assets, and deliverables are provided digitally through:

CRM Access (

Cloud links (Google Drive, Figma, Canva, Miro, etc.)

Project Management dashboards (Notion, Trello, Asana)

Zoom/Google Meet consultations

Automation workflows inside your CRM


2. Digital Delivery Timelines

Different services have different delivery timeframes. Standard timelines include:

2.1 AI Voice Agent / AI Chatbot Setup

Initial setup access: 1–3 working days

Full configuration: 7–21 working days

Testing + QA: 3–5 working days

2.2 Digital Marketing Services

Onboarding kit: Within 24 hours

Monthly content calendar: Within 5–7 working days

Campaign launch: 5–10 working days after approvals

2.3 Website / Funnel / Automation Projects

Project kickoff: Within 24–48 hours after payment

First draft delivery: 7–14 working days

Revisions & go-live: based on scope (average 15–45 days)

2.4 Subscription-Based Services

You receive digital access immediately after payment is confirmed.


3. Delivery Method

All deliverables are sent digitally via:

Email (registered email ID)

Client Portal (secure login)

CRM account (AI Agents, CRM, Workflows)

Cloud Storage Links (Drive/Dropbox)

WhatsApp (in case of quick assets)

4. Access Credentials

For CRM, AI agents, dashboards, portals, and automation flows:

Login credentials will be sent securely via email.

Access typically becomes active within 1–24 hours of payment.

Shared credentials must not be forwarded or distributed.

If access fails, our support team will resolve it within 1–2 working days.


5. Client Responsibilities for Delivery

To ensure timely delivery:

Provide correct email address and business details.

Grant necessary system access (domains, CRM, WhatsApp API, analytics tools).

Respond to approval emails promptly.

Provide content and brand assets when requested.

Delays due to missing information from the client side may shift delivery timelines.


6. Service Territories

Nexurate Technologies provides digital delivery to clients across:

Global (All regions supported virtually)

Since everything is delivered online, there are no shipping charges or geographic restrictions.


7. Failed Delivery / Non-Receipt

If you have not received your digital deliverables:

Check your email inbox & spam folder

Verify the email ID provided during onboarding

Allow up to 24 hours for automated systems

We aim to resolve all access/delivery issues within 1–2 working days.


8. Modifications to Delivery Timelines

Timelines may vary based on:

Project scope changes

Approval delays

Third-party integrations (WhatsApp Cloud API, Stripe, Twilio, Google)

Public holidays in India

Clients will always be notified proactively of unavoidable delays.
