At Nexurate Technologies, we aim to deliver high-quality Digital Marketing, AI Automation, AI Voice Agent, AI Chatbot and CRM solutions with transparency and accountability.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds may be requested.
1. General Policy
All services purchased from Nexurate Technologies are governed by this cancellation & refund policy.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Project-Based Services (One-time Setup / Implementation)
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your dedicated account manager or to [email protected].
If cancelled before project kickoff, 80% of the setup fee will be refunded (20% retained for resource allocation & planning).
If cancelled after kickoff but before 50% completion, 30% of the setup fee will be refunded.
If the project is over 50% completed, no refund is applicable.
2.2 Monthly Retainer Services
Retainer cancellations must be requested 30 days in advance.
Services already delivered or allocated for the current billing cycle cannot be refunded.
Work scheduled within the 30-day notice period will continue as planned.
2.3 Performance-Based / Outcome-Based Pricing
For plans involving performance (e.g., pay-per-lead, pay-per-subscription):
Fees paid for generated leads, calls, or subscriptions are non-refundable.
Any disputes regarding lead quality must be raised within 7 days with proof.
2.4 Subscription Plans (AI Voice Agent, AI Chatbot, CRM Tools)
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but no partial refunds are provided for unused days/weeks.
Add-ons and extra usage-based charges (voice minutes, SMS, WhatsApp etc.) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 When Refunds ARE Applicable
Refunds are provided only under the following situations:
Duplicate payment made in error.
Over-charging due to a technical glitch (validated by our finance team).
Pre-kickoff cancellation of a project (as per conditions above).
Refunds are processed 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
3.2 When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after services have already started.
Delays caused by the client (slow response, late approvals, lack of materials).
Failure to achieve expected results due to external factors beyond our control (market competition, algorithm changes, client-side implementation delays).
Non-usage of service, tools, or software.
Marketing spends (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twilio charges, SMS, call charges, WhatsApp costs).
4. Service Pausing / Rescheduling
4.1 Pausing Services
If a client wants to pause monthly retainer work:
A minimum 15-day notice is required.
Paused months cannot be refunded but can be credited as “account freeze” for up to 60 days.
Work resumes once payment restarts.
4.2 Rescheduling Calls or Workshops
Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may incur additional charges.
5. Project Delivery & Acceptance
Nexurate Technologies follows a structured approval process:
Once deliverables are submitted, clients must review within 7 days.
If no feedback is received, the deliverable is considered approved.
Corrections outside agreed scope may attract additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
Nexurate is not liable for delays or cancellation caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, platform API failures, or government restrictions.
